Quantum science, though revolutionary, remains complex and challenging for the general public to understand. This talk presents the extensive efforts initiated by the Physical Society of Taiwan (TPS) during the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQ 2025), highlighting creative outreach activities designed to make quantum concepts more accessible and engaging. From lighting up iconic landmarks like Taipei 101 to innovative educational programs such as "Quantum Tic-Tac-Toe," specialized exhibitions, and interactive campaigns, we demonstrate how strategic public engagement effectively makes quantum science less intimidating. The presentation highlights how thoughtfully crafted communication strategies and community-oriented programs can spark curiosity, inspire learning, and bridge the gap between cutting-edge quantum research and everyday experiences. Through this diverse range of activities, TPS aims to cultivate a deeper public appreciation for the evolution of quantum mechanics and its profound impact on modern life.
